Return Policy

At Framed Caps, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund to the original form of payment.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
•    Be unworn, unwashed, and in new, sellable condition
•    Include all original tags, stickers, and labels
•    Be returned in the original packaging (if applicable)
Items not meeting these requirements may be returned to the sender and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Window & Shipping Responsibility
•    Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
•    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Process
•    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
•    You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please:
•    Email us at info@framedcaps.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If eligible (within 30 days of order date and unused), we will provide you return instructions.
